Terms of service
An independent creative tool
Enzo AI is an independent photo-to-video service at enzofernandezai.app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Enzo Fernández, any club, league, broadcaster or TikTok. It creates synthetic entertainment, not authentic match footage.
Who may use the studio
You must be at least 18. Upload only photos of adults who have given you permission. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, sexual content, fraud, unlawful content or deceptive claims that a person performed a real action. You are responsible for rights to materials you upload and for how you share results.
What you buy
A video pack adds a fixed number of generation credits to your account. Each accepted job reserves one credit. A completed MP4 consumes that credit; failed jobs return it. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Displayed prices are USD; applicable taxes appear at checkout. Launch-preview prices may change before purchases open.
AI outputs and availability
AI likeness, gestures, framing and timing can vary. We do not guarantee an identical recreation of a reference or a particular audience response. The studio shows real job states rather than a guaranteed completion time. Download completed videos within 7 days. Do not rely on the service as long-term storage.
Payment and refunds
Waffo processes checkout and payment-related matters under its applicable terms. We grant credits after verified payment confirmation. Payment return pages do not themselves confirm settlement. See the refund policy for failed jobs, duplicates and unused packs.
Sharing and music
Review your result before posting and use the platform’s AI disclosure tools when required. Outputs contain generated ambience or no audio. Add music only where your use is permitted; buying a video pack does not grant rights to third-party music, broadcasts, likenesses or brands.
